On Stage Sponsorship

Become an On Stage Sponsor and help support the Turlock Community Theatre as we strive to provide Turlock, and its surrounding communities, with first-rate live entertainment as well as an affordable rental venue for local non-profit organizations, dance studios, theater groups, and other performing arts events.  The Turlock Community Theatre offers both individual and business/corporate On Stage Sponsorships.  Please see below for specific levels of sponsorship and their associated benefits.  All On Stage Sponsors receive recognition in performance programs and early notification of additional shows added throughout the 2024-2025 Season.

 

The Turlock Community Theatre is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Federal Non-Profit Tax I.D. # 77-0095526).  Donations made to the Turlock Community Theatre are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Individual Levels of On Stage Sponsorship: 
 

DIRECTOR

Gift of $3,000 - $4,999, receive 25% off up to 10 individual show tickets throughout the 2024-2025 season / Option to choose up to 8 specific seats and first right of refusal for those seats for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season (decision to purchase your specific seats for any show must be made during the priority purchase period prior to the general public on-sale date for that show) / Recognition in performance programs / Invitation to the President's Reception / 2-week early notification and priority purchase period for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season.

ORCHESTRA

Gift of $1,000 - $2,999, receive 10% off up to 10 individual show tickets throughout the 2024-2025 season / Option to choose up to 6 specific seats and first right of refusal for those seats for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season (decision to purchase your specific seats for any show must be made during the priority purchase period prior to the general public on-sale date for that show) / Recognition in performance programs / Invitation to the President's Reception / 2-week early notification and priority purchase period for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season.

CHORUS

Gift of $500 - $999, receive 5% off up to 10 individual show tickets throughout the 2024-2025 season / Option to choose up to 4 specific seats and first right of refusal for those seats for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season (decision to purchase your specific seats for any show must be made during the priority purchase period prior to the general public on-sale date for that show) / Recognition in performance programs / Invitation to the President's Reception / 2-week early notification and priority purchase period for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season.

CAST MEMBER

Gift of $250 - $499, receive the option to choose up to 2 specific seats and first right of refusal for those seats for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season (decision to purchase your specific seats for any show must be made during the priority purchase period prior to the general public on-sale date for that show) / Recognition in performance programs / Invitation to the President's Reception / 2-week early notification and priority purchase period for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season.

 

UNDERSTUDY

Gift of $50 - $249, receive recognition in performance programs / 2-week early notification and priority purchase period for all shows announced an put on sale during the 2024-2025 season / Option to purchase best available seats during the priority purchase period for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season.

HEADLINER

Gift of $10,000+

  • Receive 20% of donation credit towards the purchase of individual show tickets throughout the 2024-2025 season.  Any credit not used by the end of season will be acknowledged as additional tax-deductible donation

  • Option to choose up to 8 specific seats and first right of refusal for those seats for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season (decision to purchase your specific seats for any show must be made during the priority purchase period prior to the general public on-sale date for that show)

  • 2-week early notification and priority purchase period for all shows announced and put on sale during the 2024-2025 season

Gift of $3,000 - $4,999

  • Receive name and/or business and logo listed as a primary sponsor for a specific single show of your choice in all print materials and advertising, email blasts, social media and Turlock Community Theatre website for that specific show

  • Two complimentary tickets to the specific single show you are sponsoring.

  • An invitation to the President's Reception

  • Early notification of additional performances throughout the 2024-2025 season.
